    This Privacy Policy contains information about the online store processing of personal data, the storage of this data and the rights of data subjects. We are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of each entity's data.

    • Customer or Data Subject - a natural person – the customer of the Company (including website visitors) whose personal data is collected by the Company.
    • Online Store – the Company's online store at

    • Personal data - any information related to a natural person - Data subject whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined using such data as a personal code, one or more physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social characteristics.
    • Processing of personal data - any action performed with personal data: collection, recording, accumulation, storage, classification, grouping, connection, change (addition or correction), provision, publication, use, logical and/or arithmetic operations, search, dissemination, destruction, or other actions or set of actions.
    • A Partner - a legal entity that provides services to the Company related to the Company's activities, sells goods to it or carries out joint projects with the Company, including, but not limited to, marketing campaigns, joint sales campaigns, loyalty programs, etc., in the media, on web pages, online stores, retail stores, retail chains, etc.
    • A cookie is a small piece of textual information automatically created when browsing the website and stored on the visitor's computer or another device.
    • Direct marketing - an activity intended to offer goods or services to individuals by mail, telephone, or other direct means and/or ask for their opinion on the provided goods or services.
    • Privacy Policy – This document establishes the principles and rules of Personal Data processing using the services of the Online Store.
    • Account – the primary data for the Customer's connection to the Online Store consisting of one e-mail address and Password.
    • Password is a unique combination of numbers, letters, or numbers and letters or other symbols created by the Customer, which can be used to log in to the Online Store.


    • The Customer grants the Company the right to perform all Personal Data processing actions within the scope and purposes provided for in this Privacy Policy.
    • The Law processes personal data on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the processing and protection of Personal Data and this Privacy Policy.
    • In the Company, Personal data is processed following these principles:
    • Personal data is collected for defined and legal purposes;
    • Personal data is processed accurately, honestly and legally;
    • Personal data is adequate and only in the size necessary for the collection and further processing;
    • Personal data is constantly updated;
    • Personal data is stored in such a form that the identity of the Data Subject can be determined no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which these data were collected and processed.
    • All information about Personal data is confidential;
    • The Customer's data and personal information will not be used illegally.
    • It is considered that the Customer has read the current version of the Privacy Policy and agrees with it when purchasing from the Online Store. If the Customer does not agree with any part of the Privacy Policy or the Privacy Policy itself, in this case, the Customer must not place an order or purchase a product in the Online Store.
    • The Privacy Policy can be viewed in the Online Store and printed anytime. The Privacy Policy may be changed, supplemented, or updated at the discretion of the Company. The new version of the Privacy Policy is published in the Online Store.
    • The Customer can place an order in the Online Store without registration or after registering in the Online Store through the Account.
    • During the initial registration to the Online Store through the Account, the Customer must provide the e-mail address, create a secure Password, and provide accurate Personal Data to the Online Store. The Customer is responsible for the data’s accuracy. After creating the Account, the Customer is provided with an identification code.
    • When using the Services and purchasing in the Online Store, the Customer must always provide accurate Personal Data to the Online Store and is responsible for its accuracy.
    • The Customer has the right to change and supplement Personal data in the Account at any time or to contact the online store with a request to cancel the Account.
    • The Customer must not disclose the Password to the third party and must keep it safe. Otherwise, all related responsibility lies on the Customer.



    • The Company respects the right to privacy of each Customer. Customer‘s Personal data (i.e. name, email address, phone number, product/service delivery address, age/year of birth, product/service payment details (bank account number, payment method, etc.), purchase history, etc. also, with the Customer‘s consent, age, gender, date of birth, place of residence) are collected and processed for the following purposes:
    • For electronic commerce. Personal data is processed: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, product/service delivery address, age/year of birth, IP address, and product/service payment data. The storage of personal data used for e-commerce is 5 (five) years from the day of the last log-in to the Online Store.
    • For direct marketing. The following personal data is processed: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address, age, gender, date of birth, and place of residence. The storage period of personal data used for Direct Marketing is 5 (five) years from the day of the last log-in to the Online Store.
    • The Customer can consent to process the Personal data (name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address, age, gender, date of birth, and place of residence) for Direct Marketing. If, after giving consent to process the data for Direct Marketing and to receive Direct Marketing messages, the Customer no longer wishes to do so and informs the Company about it, the Company will no longer process the Personal Data for Direct Marketing. It will not send the Customer any electronic news except for information related to the Customer's order.
    • The Customer has the right to withdraw his consent for the Company to process the Customer's Personal Data for Direct Marketing at any time by submitting an appropriate notification to the Company by e-mail: and clearly stating that he withdraws the consent to use Personal Data for Direct Marketing and does not wish to receive any Direct marketing messages.
    • The Customer can also refuse to exercise the right to object to processing the Customer's Personal Data for Direct Marketing by clicking on the relevant link in each e-mail sent.
    • The Customer, as a Data Subject, has the following rights listed below about the Customer's Personal Data processing procedures:
      • to receive information from the Company about the processing of the Customer's Personal Data, to get acquainted with the Personal Data and how it is processed;
      • to receive information from the Company, from which sources and which personal data of the Customer was collected, for what purpose it is processed, to which recipients it is provided and has been provided for at least the last 1 (one) year;
      • to demand correction, destruction of the Customer's Personal Data or suspension, except for storage, of the processing of the Personal Data when the Personal Data is processed in violation of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and provisions of other laws.
    • When exercising their rights, the Customer must present a passport, identity card or driver's license. The Company provides the Data subject free of charge with information about the processed Personal data of the Data subject once a year. The Customer can exercise their rights, provided in section 3.5, by emailing The Company has the right to correct, change, delete Personal Data or stop the processing of Personal Data only after identifying the identity of the Customer who applied.
    • The Customer's data is not provided to third parties except in the following cases:
      • When the Customer‘s consent is obtained, as specified in this Privacy Policy;
      • Personal data for e-commerce purposes are provided to Partners who provide the Company with services related to the Company's activities;
      • To the competent authorities in the cases provided for by the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
      • Payments in the online store are processed using the Makecommerce platform, which is managed by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), so your personal information, required for payment execution and confirmation, will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
    • The Customer is aware of their right not to consent to process the Personal data for Direct marketing, i.e. the Customer has the right to express disagreement immediately or later.
    • The Customer agrees that his Personal Data will be transferred to the Partners when fulfilling the Customer‘s order submitted in the Online Store and when the Company provides Services to the Customer and Company's Partners.
    • If the Customer disagrees with the Privacy Policy, the Customer will not be able to use the services of the Online Store.
    • The Company implements organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, and other unlawful processing.
    • The Customer agrees that in cases where it is necessary according to the instructions of the competent authorities and/or the Customer‘s Personal Data may have been used in the performance of illegal activities, or there are reasonable suspicions of identity theft, for which the competent law enforcement authorities are conducting a pre-trial investigation, or there are other legal grounds or purposes, the Personal Data would be stored on the Company's servers longer than specified in this Privacy Policy.
    • Upon receiving the Data Subject's instruction or inquiry related to the processing of Personal Data, the Company provides the Customer with an answer, satisfying the request/instruction or refusing to do so with reasons, no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the Data Subject's request. If the Data Subject wishes, the answer must be given in the written form.
    • For the Company to be able to offer full-fledged Customer services in the Online Store, with the Customer's consent, information Cookies are stored on the Customer's computer (device), which are used to identify the Customer as a previous user of the Online Store, to collect statistics on visits to the Online Store, information about shopping cart. At any time, the customer can view what cookies are being saved and delete part or all the saved cookies.
