Delivery Information

    • Goods are delivered in European Union.
    • Goods are delivered through the Omniva, LP Express, DPD parcel service.
    • Delivery of goods in EU (except Lithuania) is free on orders above 100 Eur. when it is delivered to the selected Omniva, LP Express, DPD self-service parcel terminals.
    • The goods are delivered to the Buyer by an authorized representative (courier) or via the parcel terminal system.
    • When ordering goods, the Buyer must specify the accurate delivery address.
    • The Buyer must accept the goods himself. If the Buyer cannot receive the goods himself, but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding the delivered goods to the wrong person.
    • The Seller usually delivers the goods to the buyer within 3-7 business days in Lithuania and 5-10 business days in EU. The preliminary deadline does not apply if the necessary goods are not in stock or when the goods are ordered individually and the Buyer is informed about this.
    • The Buyer must, in all cases, immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is delivered in crushed or otherwise damaged packaging, contains unordered goods, the wrong quantity of items, or incomplete product assembly.
    • In all cases, if the Buyer notices any damage to the packaging during the delivery, he must indicate the comments in the package delivery document provided by the courier or write a separate paper regarding these violations. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. If such actions are not taken, the Seller is released from responsibility towards the Buyer for product damage related to packaging damage, which the Buyer did not note in the courier's delivery document.
    • We ship orders from Monday to Friday, and non-business days are not included in the delivery time. Delivery time is calculated from the day when the shipment is confirmed.
    • The characteristics of all sold goods are indicated in the description attached to each item. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the colour, shape, or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape, and colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
